Covid 19: We cannot yet say anything about the regulations that will apply at the beginning of February 2022, as these can change at any time. We would like to ask you to observe the current regulations in your home country regarding return travel, but also the entry regulations in Switzerland. Please check the current regulations in your home country as well as in Switzerland shortly before travelling to Dornach.

Payment methods: Payment can be made by credit card, or possibly by other payment methods offered. Prices are quoted in Swiss francs. Any exchange fees are to be borne by the payer. Up to 14 days before the start of the event, a SEPA bank transfer is possible on request.

Invoice: An invoice can be generated and downloaded online.

Cancellation: Cancellation of conference participation is possible free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the conference (19. January 2022). After this date, 50% of the invoice amount will be charged. Cancellation of the catering or parking ticket is free of charge until 1 day before the start of the conference (01. February 2022). In case of non-attendance or cancellation on the day of the event, the full invoice amount is due. We will gladly accept a substitute participant at no additional cost. We will not refund ticket fees if participation in the conference is prevented by external circumstances (illness, travel restrictions, technical failure) of the participants. The above cancellation conditions apply. We retain the right to change parts of the conference depending on the course of the pandemic. You will be informed of these changes in good time.

Data processing: Address data will be collected and stored electronically by us and by our ticket system Pretix.eu. In order to run the digital conference, some personal data must be passed on to the conference platform.

Photo/Video: By purchasing a ticket to this conference, I agree that I can be seen on photos and or videos that will be published during and after the conference.
